Translate MDN to zh-CN notes

Read MDN zh-CN Translation Guide
Word "note" usually need to translate to "备注" but not "注意".
Check punctuation.
Check space, especially space after link.
e.g.: [中文](/xxx) 中文 is incorrect, [中文](/xxx)中文 is correct.
